The cold wind, mingled with fine rain, blows through the trees, causing the last few yellowed leaves to fall. The fields have long been left fallow, signaling the quiet arrival of winter. In this season, the ARMB Herbal Research Center has welcomed the harvest of its final crops of the year.
Here, Chinese celery and fennel stand tall and vibrant, undaunted by the damp and cold weather, as though welcoming the joy of harvest. As we gather them, their fresh aroma fills the air, refreshing the senses. The lush greenery of the vegetables, stacked like green gems, continues to bring a sense of fulfillment and vitality, even in the chill of the wind.
What excites us even more is the harvest of the matured celery roots and fennel roots. These roots have spent over six months growing in the pure soil of the Buddha’s realm, absorbing the essence of nature without any chemical pollution, pesticides, or artificial fertilizers. Completely nurtured by natural forces, they will be transformed into precious Chinese herbal medicine. These roots are a gift from nature, waiting to be cherished and passed on.

It also promotes digestion, enhances intestinal movement, and, during weight-loss periods, does not contribute to weight gain. It supports detoxification and can help with skin beauty and slimming. Fennel root also possesses anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, and the beta-carotene it contains can help relieve eye fatigue, making it ideal for those who experience visual strain from prolonged screen use.
